Common Scheduling Mistakes
- No time zone mentioned. If players are in different regions, add the time zone next to the start time.
- Vague game title. "The usual" means different things to different people. Write the full game name.
- Missing platform details. A player might own the game on a different storefront. Specify Steam, Epic, console, or tabletop edition.
- No session goal. Add a short note about what you want to accomplish: finish a chapter, beat a boss, or just hang out.
- Player list is incomplete. Include everyone who needs the info, even if they confirmed verbally.
Quick Tips
Use the Game Preset dropdown to auto-fill a session name and switch the platform to a sensible default. You can still edit everything after picking a preset.
The Quick Time buttons set the start time instantly. Click 7 PM, then adjust the date above.
After you copy or print the plan, the page saves your last session. Come back later and your details are still here.
If you run a regular weekly game, keep one browser tab with the scheduler open. Update the date and notes each week, then copy the new plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I schedule a recurring weekly session?
The scheduler works one session at a time. For weekly games, fill in the details and copy the plan. Next week, open the page again. Your last session loads automatically, so you only need to change the date.
How do I share the plan with my group?
Click Copy Text and paste it into Discord, WhatsApp, or any messaging app. You can also click Print Plan to get a clean page for screenshots or physical notes.
What if my game isn't in the preset list?
Leave the preset on "Custom session" and type your game into the Session Name field. The presets are just shortcuts. You can always write your own.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes. The page adjusts to phone screens. Date and time pickers use your device's native controls, which work well on iOS and Android.
Why This Page Exists
Co-op gaming and tabletop sessions are more fun when everyone shows up prepared. But organizing a session often means scrolling through long chat histories, repeating details, and hoping nobody misses the message. This scheduler gives you a single, clear plan you can copy and send in seconds. No accounts, no ads that follow you around, and nothing stored on a server. It's a simple helper that respects your privacy and your time.
Version 1.0 • Updated March 2026 • Assumptions: all times are local to the person filling the form. Double-check time zones when sharing across regions.
